ABOUT

Known for the design of large scale high, mid and low rise multifamily, and mixed use projects nationwide, Brit leads his studio from EDI's Houston office. He focuses on driving the design process to produce creative, cost-effective solutions for complex projects. He is also committed to sustainability and actively pursues green building and design practices on all of his projects.

Brit works closely with his clients and their constructors to ensure the financial goals of the projects are met. He has successfully collaborated with multi-family leaders including Trammell Crow Residential, Alliance Residential, Wood Partners, Mill Creek Residential Trust, Legacy Partners and hospitality leaders including Disney and Lend Lease.

Brit is a graduate of the University of Houston, having earned his Bachelor of Architecture there while working through college at EDI. He is NCARB certified and has registration as an architect in multiple states.
