This 5-story wood frame above 1-1/2-story, 338 space, cast-in-place basement parking structure consists of 257 apartment units ranging in size from 652 to 1,702 SF. Sited on 1.56 acres, it's 164 DU/AC and was completed in the Winter 2014.
